Most of us are stuck at home, sheltering in place with extra energy and no outlets during the Coronavirus pandemic. Even those essential workers, who heroically leave their homes to provide support for us during this pandemic, are unable to go to their local gyms due to state mandates keeping them shuttered in order to slow the spread of COVID-19.
