1. Spinach
2. Greek yogurt
3. Lean meats (Chicken, Buffalo, Turkey, Lean Beef, etc)
4. Nuts and seeds (almonds, pecans, walnuts, sunflower, etc)
5. Free range eggs
6. Tofu (Disclaimer: The scientific community is split on whether soy products are good or bad for health, with half of studies praising soy products and the other half disagreeing – we will let you decide for yourself how you feel about them.)
7. Beans
8. Seafood (Fish, scallops, mussels, etc)
9. Low-fat Cheese
10. Almond Milk
