Fitness Expert and Author Kicks Off Mega Fitness Challenge to
Change the Lives of 100 Obese Individuals in Houston
April 26, 2018 – HOUSTON, TEXAS — World-renowned health and fitness expert Samir Becic, Harper Collins author of the book ReSYNC Your Life and four-time No. 1 fitness trainer in America, has announced a new fitness challenge aimed at transforming the lives of the obese population in Houston this fall. Becic is inviting 50 men and 50 women to join him in the three-month challenge, which begins October 1, 2018, and offers prizes for the Top 10 participants who finish the program.
Houston Mayor Sylvester Turner is supporting the challenge, and Becic will be selecting a team of the best health, fitness, and wellness experts in the Houston area, including nutritionists, physical therapists and personal trainers, to assist the participants. In total, each participant will receive the equivalent of $5,000 in free training and professional support. Prominent celebrity guest speakers will also be available to offer motivation to those joining the fitness challenge.
In addition to his recent publication of Resync Your Life, Becic is the founder of HealthFitnessRevolution Magazine and creator of the ReSync Fitness Method. He has been featured in countless top media outlets, and he is known for his strong motivational skills and energetic presence. As part of the mega fitness challenge, Becic plans to personally work with the participants once a week, with a supporting team of 50 professionals assisting on a weekly basis. Workout sessions will be filmed and available online so that others may watch and participate from anywhere across the country.
