Here is an even easier way to prepare oatmeal- overnight! So you can just open it up in the morning and enjoy oatmeal in a rush…
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/2 plain, nonfat Greek Yogurt
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 scoop of whey protein powder
- Add frozen berries, nut butter, honey, chia seeds, banana, anything you wish!
Combine and mix in a mason jar, cover, and let it sit in the fridge overnight!
