During the month of March, Health Fitness Revolution held an online poll asking Houstonians to help choose the winner for Houston Man of the Year 2014. With more than 10,000 votes cast, Houstonians chose Jim “Mattress Mack” McIngvale as the winner over finalist Paul Wall. In response to his honor, McIngvale teamed up with HFR founder Samir Becic to send a powerful message motivating Houstonians to get healthy and fit. When Samir met with McIngvale, they discussed Houston health and the importance of a healthy and fit America!
