Thank you for your question! Cinnamon comes in either powder or stick form- and either is great to use. Cinnamon powder stays fresh for about 6 months and cinnamon sticks about a year. Using either of these forms will offer you all the great benefits listed in the article… so sprinkle away! 🙂
