In the wake of the largest mass shooting in American history, Health Fitness Revolution wishes to express its solidarity with the LGBT community, the families of the victims, and the city of Orlando.
The shooting, which occurred early Sunday June 12th at Pulse Night Club in Orlando, left 49 dead and dozens wounded. The attack was an act inspired by terror and hatred. CNN reports that the killer pledged allegiance to ISIS while he carried out the attack, and his father confirms that the shooter expressed homophobic sentiments before the shooting.
We condemn the acts of those who preach hatred and violence instead of love and acceptance. In these moments it is important to support the LGBT community and to hold strong to ideas of freedom and tolerance.
Together we will grow and heal and continue to create a world free of hate.
