Deborah Duncan, host of the critically acclaimed show “Great Day Houston” isn’t letting a little isolation keep Houstonians down- she’s using her popular show to keep Houstonians inspired, smiling, and aware of what’s going on in the community!
HFR founder Samir Becic has been a regular on “Great Day Houston” for the past 12 years and was featured twice on the show this month, encouraging Houstonians to stay active while home-bound.
He has been undertaking a new extreme fitness challenge– of walking up 22 flights of stairs while wearing a 150 lbs weighted vest- to motivate people to stay fit while at home, using what they have at their disposal. His feature can be seen in the video below (fast forward to 3:30!)
Here are some fun other fun clips and tips from the show (also submit some home videos for a chance to be featured on TV!)
