When it comes to community philanthropy, Alan Helfman does it all- he donates resources, time, and helps fundraise for countless causes. A native Houstonian, he supports numerous philanthropic efforts throughout the city, but one of his obvious passions includes supporting law enforcement.
No stranger to receiving awards for his generous philanthropic work, earlier this year he had an HCC Criminal Justice/ Law Enforcement program named after him in addition to receiving a Lifetime Achievement Award by the Houston Police Department.
And the accolades aren’t stopping (as they shouldn’t!) Alan Helfman has just been named an honoree for the “Top 20 Inspiring Man Impact Maker Award” 2022 by CKW Luxe. The event to honor the impact makers, scheduled for February 5, 2022, highlights humanitarians who are generous in their support of others, dedicated to improving lives and living conditions, and devoted to finding better ways of helping. They have made an achievement that has had a positive impact on some area of the arts, science, education, humanitarianism, or medicine within our community.
