Alan Helfman, a famous philanthropist and one of the most successful businessmen in the Houston area, made a generous contribution to support Health Fitness Revolution in our effort to promote a healthy lifestyle.
The River Oaks Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram owner met the entire HFR team today and graciously donated sports memorabilia worth several thousands of dollars signed by some of the greatest American athletes to ever live. Helfman donated photos autographed by Mike Tyson, Hulk Hogan, JJ Watt, Jose Altuve, the Texas A&M football team, and more.
Jeep is the official HFR company car because it symbolizes American victory in WWII, just as we hope to proclaim victory against the obesity epidemic in the US. Jeep symbolizes strength, commitment, hard work, and endurance, all in a car that is fun to drive! The entire HFR fleet is purchased at Helfman Jeep, who gave us a generous discount, without which we could not afford the vehicles for our 501(c)3 nonprofit organization. HFR is dedicated to combatting type 2 diabetes among children in the United States, and we rely on the support of philanthropists like Alan Helfman to accomplish our goals.
HFR founder Samir Becic, “Alen Helfman is a great example of a businessman who is giving back to the community and using his success to help others. I have known him for many years, and he is one of the most respected businessmen and philanthropists in Texas. His son Blake Helfman is following in his father’s footsteps and is establishing himself as part of the next generation of Houston leadership.”
Alan Helfman has donated millions of dollars to various causes including the Houston Police Department, children’s charities, and many more.
