  1. Really very important information for every person.drink more water & keep away from Dr.
Thanks for such a valuable tips…

  2. Doctors do not recommend drinking three liters of water per day. The standard recommendation is for an “average” size person to consume approximately 64 ounces (a little under two liters) of water per day from all sources; meaning from drinking water, drinking coffee, in your food (lettuce grapes, apples, etc.). The recommended amount varies with body weight, environment (temperature, etc.), physical exertion, and so forth. I wish people woud stop making “facts” up.

  3. I used to drink 64 oz daily suffered from severe constipation. My doctor increased my wayer intake to 96 oz daily and lo and behold I lost 20 pounds within 4 weeks due to compacted bowels. I think more is better now. I am aware that too much water can destroy your platelets which can cause uncontrolled bleeding. I would follow your doctors advice when it comes to water.
