June is coming to an end but that does not mean the celebration of Pride should end! As we all spend more time at home social distancing, it can be hard to maintain focus on our fitness goals. This is why we handpicked a great roster of fitness influencers who are either publicly supportive or are a part of the LGBTQ+ community (and whose workouts you should definitely try!). Each of these individuals positively represents the LGBTQ+ community, while also inspiring people to get healthier and fitter. Camilo Cereijo is an online coach located in Los Angeles, California who also is a 1 up Nutrition Athlete. He is known for helping individuals with typical 9-5 work schedules get in shape with bodybuilding techniques. Known for his back workouts, his routines will help you develop that v-tapered back.
Branden Hayward (Instagram: @brandenhayward)
Hayward is New York-based physique and aesthetics coach, who focuses on a holistic approach towards fitness- an especially important concept aimed at changing the unattainable fitness standards within the gay community. Since the beginning of the COVID-19 stay at home orders, he has created great at-home workouts and nutrition information for anyone who wants to begin their fitness journey.

It is impossible to pass up this coach’s amazing physique and attention to detail. Andrews brings attention to sustainable wellness in the industry, while also focusing on personal growth, mindfulness, and fitness. He has plenty of more content on his homepage!

Lacey stone is an expert in the health and wellness industry and is recognized for her amazing HIIT and resistance training. She has recently made a library of Instagram live videos that you can do with her to feel as if you are in the studio with her! She is an amazing motivator and has a lot of personal humor that keeps her followers engaged and entertained.
Jesse Diamond (Instagram: jessediamondfitness)
Diamond is a transgender NASM Certified personal fitness trainer who has been known to help many trans and non-binary people around the country with fitness, even in the most remote parts of the world. He has created a large following, thus creating a safe space for people who may not feel comfortable online and inspires many to get active. Former wrestler Dave Marshall is a personal trainer located in Perth, Australia. His extreme muscular strength and definition attracts many to follow along with his routines. He also is known for his gaming twitch account.

Located in New York, Hudoba has created a DAILY #COREntine workout consisting of daily core exercises. This interactive and engaging workout promotes maintaining and strengthening abdominals safely at home. He has also led many different fitness programs around the New York area.
