We watch them on local news everyday and can even feel like they are part of our daily routine… News Anchors in Houston can be a great example for us, especially if they lead healthy lifestyles. This is why we feel that those in the media have a responsibility to be good examples to their viewers- because they are literally in our homes everyday, being watched by our spouses, our kids, our friends.
“More media personalities need to be aware of how a healthier lifestyle can have a positive impact on American society and how their influence as ambassadors can be crucial in changing this nation towards being a leader in fitness.” -Samir Becic

RT @HFRevolution: Top Fittest News Anchors in Houston: We watch them on local news everyday and can even feel like they are part of… http…
I can understand most people on this list. Why is Deborah Duncan on this list? Why does “Has a very happy personality and often sings and makes jokes while training” constitutes being fit?
Hi Gary,
Thanks for the comment! Many of the people on the list made it because they promote fitness to their viewers- which Deborah does frequently. There were several anchors that are very fit but because they do not promote health to their fans, did not make the list. The fact the Deborah has a happy personality contributes to her health- read our article about it here http://healthfitnessrevolution.com/happiness-affects-health/
Our goal here at Health Fitness Revolution is to promote awareness and find good leaders that want to make the world happier, healthier, and fitter!
